This hotel offers good value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient and close to public transport. The staff are friendly and provide good service. The rooms are basic but clean, with private bathrooms, proper toilets, and air conditioning. Additionally, breakfast is included, which is a nice added bonus.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

Hotel location is very nice.
The facilities were too small and could definitely use an upgrade to this millennium.

Cheap accommodation, proximity to city, parking was accessible at end of street (ie at night) - free!
(Unavoidable) city noise, (that goes with the location).

The shared kitchen/dining area provided a cozy atmosphere for breakfast, with a good range of options like bread, toast, tea, and coffee. The view of the local area from the window added a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel for its inviting breakfast area and picturesque surroundings.

Location and price.
Perhaps I was expecting a bit more for the price, but this place was certainly on the budget side of budget hotel, even though it was far from the cheapest on offer. The included 'breakfast' was sparse, the kitchen minimal, and the room below basic.

It was close to the kingscross station
The blanket had cum stains on them, the tv would not work, there was no fresh drinking water available.

The hotel owner was accommodating and attentive. The sheets were crisp and clean. The shared bathroom was well maintained. The morning breakfast buffet had a good selection of essentials and spreads. The small kitchen/dining area had all the necessary amenities and a great view.
Not obvious to find.

it's very convenient for trip, even you want to walk to the main attractions in the city.besides, the shuttle bus is good
There just a fan in the room, and full of sunshine. But it' so hot in February, nearly 40 degrees! I couldn't sleep the whole night, and the next day my eyes were bloodshot.

To be honest there was nothling to like about it, it was filthy and uncomfortable. There were dead cockroaches lying on the stairs and in the room. The bathroom and toilet were aboslutely disgusting! really not a pleasant stay at all. Not worth my money and I will certainly never come back.

We loved the cleanliness and hotel facilities, including the well-maintained shared bathroom, the cosy dining/kitchen area, and the excellent breakfast buffet with a good variety of spreads, tea and coffee. The location was definitely one of the best aspects as it was very close to King's Cross station and to a lot of stores, restaurants, and cafes in a lively neighborhood.
Nothing for us.

Location was great!
The shared bathroom facilities were run down and never clean. There was no where to hang or place dry clothes or a towel, and unfortunately my dry clothes fell onto the dirty wet floor! The fixtures in the shower were broken. A bit of TLC wouldn't go astray in there! Budget or not!

The location and communal kitchen, as well as the secure locking system on the room doors.
Strange guests, like the one dressed in a bed sheet and using foul language(!) There seemed to be some random people that came off the streets.
